Course Description

This is a comprehensive project management course which exceeds the PMI educational prerequisites for taking the PMP® or CAPM® exam.  Prior to attending the five day formal course, approximately 35 hours of web based training and 20 hours of pre-course study must be completed by each candidate.  This web based training provides the foundation for the intense 40 hours of classroom instruction which is conducted in five eight hour days by an experienced PMP® certified instructor.  Seventeen modules are covered over the forty hours which completely covers PMI's PMBOK® Guide.  Student progress is monitored for both the web based and classroom training and each student is provided counseling as to their progress and instructor assistance is provided for any weak areas in which they may need to focus.  The objective of this course is not only to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the appropriate exam, but also to provide the students with working project management knowledge they can take back to their company with them and use as they conduct their professional responsibilities.

PMP, CAPM, PMBOK Guide are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.
